What type of sugar free sweetener do you use in your products?

We use a blend of Erythritol and Stevia that we mix ourselves. We find that this blend is the best tasting and works the best in our recipes. It also has a zero glycemic index so your blood sugar will not spike at all and it has zero carbs.
