Returns and exchanges:
We don't accept returns or exchanges. However, you are able to cancel an order if we have not already baked the items. We bake to order.
If you have a problem with the order that you received, please let us know. We are not responsible for damage during shipping. You will need to file a claim with the carrier.

Please make sure to read the descriptions of the products. All of the nutrition information is included in the descriptions along with any other information that you may want to know about the packaging and ingredients used.
Shipping Policies:
We ship FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. All items are made to order so that you receive the freshest products. We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to all areas, Thursdays if your address will receive it by Saturday and occasionally on Saturday depending on what is ordered.
Please double check your shipping address. Please make sure that everything is included such as an apartment number, correct street information such as Drive, Circle, Road, East, North, Zip Code, etc. If your package is returned for any of these reasons, we are unable to refund your order or shipping fees.
