Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been baked yet. Since we bake everything fresh to order, please let us know right away if you'd like to cancel.
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us. However, we’re not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, and in such cases, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
Please be sure to review product descriptions carefully, as they include detailed information about ingredients, packaging, and nutritional facts.
Shipping Policies:
We ship via FedEx and USPS Priority Mail to ensure your items arrive as fresh as possible. All products are made to order and shipped Monday through Wednesday.
Before you check out, double-check your shipping address, especially for apartment numbers or street details like "Drive," "Circle," etc. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund for the order or shipping fees.
Office Hours:
Our office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us via email or chat, and we'll respond during office hours.
